At Dynamic Generation, we can help you in the design and construction of your website. Whether you need a simple static website or a website portal, we can help. In our basic consulting service package, we offer the following:

• Website Content & Design Consultation Services - This covers consultation in planning the content, design, and layout of the website. We help you clarify both the content of your site and the "look and feel."
  
• Website Styling & Layout - This covers the actual implementation (programming) of the website's style and layout. If you are needing a portal solution, we can custom-design a site to your specifications. We also offer professional pre-packaged designs.
  
• Content Integration - This covers the conversion of Word or Text documents to an HTML format for inclusion on the website. Each proposed page on the website is converted to HTML or other suitable format in order to be viewed by visitors to the website. Content integration would also include applying the website's styles to the converted content.
  
  Please note: Content Integration does not incude content development. Original content development is the responsibility of the owner of the website. Content Integration consists wholly of taking existing content in electronic form and modifying it for display on the website.

• Domain Registration Assistance & DNS Setup - This covers assistance in registering up to two domain names (e.g. – www.DynamicGeneration.com and www.DynamicGeneration.ca) and in setting the DNS (Domain Name Servers) to point to the final location of the website. Assistance in registering further domains may be obtained at an additional fee.
  
  Please note: It is recommended you obtain a domain name as early as possible, so as to avoid another party from obtaining the desired domain first. Domain names are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Domain names are owned by the person registering the domain (in this case, by you, the owner of the website) and must be renewed on a yearly basis. Domain name registration is subject to the terms of the registering authority through whom the domain is obtained. Domain name registration typically takes 2 business days to process. Management of the domain names is the ultimate responsibility of the owner of the domain name.
  Also note: Setting the DNS to point to the final website is done prior to submitting the site to the various search engines. Typically, it takes 2-3 business days to allow the DNS serves to connect the domain name to the published location of the website (on the hosting provider).
  
• Complete Site Edit and Critique - Prior to the final publication of your website, the entire site's contents will be critiqued and proofed and a final pre-publication consult will recommend and clarify the final changes to your website.
  
• Website Publication and Search Engine Registration - Your website will be published on our (DynamicGeneration.com's) shared web space or through our parent host (WebHost4Life). In addition, your website will be submitted to various popular search directories for inclusion into search engine databases such as Google and Yahoo. Search engine registration allows your website to be found by potential clients via the internet. Note: Publication of your website does not include the cost of the related Hosting Services. Please see the information on Hosting Services for more information.
  
  Please note: Registering your site with the search directories does not guarantee top placement of your website in any given search of the internet. Top placement is affected by many factors that are not in the control of any one individual or organization. Various factors may affect placement of websites in any given search engine, including:
• Content on the website, including the use of keywords and site descriptions in the Header portion of the HTML pages,
• The number of other websites that link to or refer to your site,
• The specific website ranking algorithms used by search engines,
• Recent search engine submissions by competing websites.
